I am a Doctor and all it is, is that it hurts when you grow cause your body is pulling so god made you grow only in your sleep so that it doesn't hurt when your awake and trying to enjoy your day. :)

You need 8 hours of sleep, and you have to be in deep sleep at 1-4 a.m.

Of course you can! You don't have to take a pill to help you get taller. Many people say that milk and lots of sleep help you get taller. I think those are true because I'm only ten and I do each and I'm almost taller than my mom my grandma my other grandma and my uncle and their much older than me.
That is true. You are taller in the morning than you are at night due to gravity compressing your spine when you are standing or sitting.
