Puffy paint is designed to decorate fabric, so it is hard to get it out of fabrics. If you get it on your clothes while crafting, immediately wipe it off with a clean, dry paper towel, and then rinse it until the paint is gone. Once the paint is dried you may not be able to get the stain out, start by peeling off the puffy-part, then pretreat the stain and wash.
Use an iron to melt away the dry puffy paint then use nail polish remover to get rhe stain out . It works
No. If it is a latex paint, it is not flammable when its wet or dry. If its an oil paint, it is not flammable when it is dry.
The bottle claims that Puffy Paint is not toxic. This is however if the paint is used for the proper purpose.

What kind of dried paint? What is under the paint on the ceiling? ....on the metal?
Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, etc.
Queen Isabella clothes were like red and black and very puffy
It dried
Depends on the paint. If latex based, scrub it first with hot water, then put in washing machine. If oil based try scrubbing with paint thinner then Goof Off, then washing in cold water. If dried more than a day, most paint is impossible to remove.
If it is fabric paint by Tulip (aka Puffy Paint) then no. Wash away and stilll expect the glow!!
