How do you clean lip gloss out of carpet?

Try using goo gone and then wash immediately. I haven't tried this yet but I heard using Dawn (or Ajax) on it and then washing it as usual, but don't dry it because then a soap stain will set. Or you could get dawn & baking soda. Or hairspray. (: I haven't tried them but I think they might work.

Put the lipgloss tube in some hot water to loosen the lip gloss then put pour make up remover in it and let it sit for a while (If the lip gloss is really thick or sticky, let it sit over night) Then fill it with hot water, shake it and clean with a Q-tip, then rinse it!

If the lipgloss is a light color, pretreat it and put it in the washer. If the lipgloss is very pigmented, rinse it. Then pretreat it and put it in the washer. Use hot water in both cases.

Dip a cotton ball into baby oil and wipe it accross your lips until the gloss is off.

Use hairspray as a stain remover.
