Once i got this huge knot in my hair. I found out john friedas antifrizz conditioner works great!!here are the material u will need and the steps.
-comb
-john frieda antifrizz conditioner
-brush
-water
steps
- wet your hair
-apply the conditioner
-comb through thoroughly,
- wash off
-complete steps 2 and 3 again
- keep on until the knots come off
- no more knots!!!!

For the first 24-48 hours use the ice pack for about 10 minutes every couple hours. This will help with the swelling.
after the 24 or 48 hours, use a heating pad on it for 20 minutes every 5 hours this will help the bruise to go awa
if u think it is broken go 2 the emergency room
