The way I got there was enter the mountain thing through the searing gorge and ran up a pile of dirt and made a leap onto a ledge and then another leap and then there is a portal and that's where I found it. I always found it confusing. The only way I really rembered how to get there is because I fell into the lava like 154238758347539 times.
