i beat the game and there is no TM hypnosis if that is what u r talking about but could get a Pokemon that knows that move or get a heart scale and bring it to the fat guy in the tutor house in black thorn city and look at all the moves that Pokemon knew and see if that Pokemon knew hypnosis and press a on hypnosis and that Pokemon will want to learn it again and also instead of finding a heart scale u can get one at the pokeahtlon for 1000 points hoped i helped

you can't, it is a move which a pokémon already knows or learns automatically, it can't be learned from a TM.

Most of them you can catch or evolve from their previous evolutions but some you will have to trade for such as the other starters and version exclusives e.g. spinarak, ledian etc.
