You have to have skill, and tactics.
- Use good perks, such as Juggernaut, and Speed Cola.
- If you need to go somewhere make, a crawler, or take someone with you.
- Dont take bad guns from the random box, such as Kar 98k, or a Carbine in the later rounds.
- Spend your money wisely
- Have a good camping spot
- And use good ammo saving tactics

it depends where you are playing but if you are playing at der riese always leave a crawler on round six or so then unlock all teleports and then camp on the balcony type thing in the room with the stg and once you and your friends save up enough to pack a punch then leave a crawler and pack your guns and just continue to camp i normally get to around round 30 to 40 doing this

as far as i know, no.but there are very strong hints that there might be. for example, on the level der rise, the description says "the giant is rising." even though that was not the name of the zombies project (see nazi zombies storyline). and on one of the levels it says there is something else lurking in these dark hallways. this was a level without dogs, so it must mean something else.
