After defeating Clayton and the giant lizard heartless, you can jump to the cliff behind you. (There's a tree root that you have to jump on) go through there and you'll come to the caves. After jumping up the rocks in the caves, you'll come to a secret room where you find the keyhole and a (green I believe) trinity.

You need to complete both Wonderland and Deep Jungle, seal the keyholes, and obtain the Navi-G pieces from both worlds. You can get these pieces by simply completing both worlds. Next, you need to go to Traverse Town and talk to Cid, who will tell you that he will install the pieces if you run an errand for him. He will give you a book and tell you to deliver it to a house in District 3. He tells you that you can't miss the location, because there is a big fire symbol on the door. Go to District 3, cast fire on the door, get to the house, give Merlin the book, then leave and go to the vacant house in District 3, which will no longer be called the vacant house. Talk to Cid there, and he will tell you that he needs to get back to his real job. Go to District 1 and talk to Cid, who is standing outside of the upper level of the accessory shop. He then tells you that he installed the chips, and that he also installed a warp function for the heck of it. You then leave Traverse Town, and there should be a warp portal symbol on the map. Go to that, and it will take you to a new ring of worlds.
