∙ 13y agoCatch an Elekid. If you catch it in diamond, 50% chance that it's holding an electrizer. In pearl only 5%.
You can find them at Valley Windworks or Route 205 - South. Pokémon FireRed MUST be inserted in the GBA slot, then you have a 8% chance of running into it. Use your Pokéradar to speed up your search.

∙ 13y agoFirst, you must have an Electabuzz. Then you must have an electrifier. Once you have both, give Electabuzz the electrifier and trade it to a friend. It will then evolve into an Electrivire.
