How do you get all the regis in safire?

It's a long process...

1) Make sure you have a Relicanth and Wailord in your party and someone in your party knows HMDig and HMDive.

2) Go to Route 134. There is a certain dive spot where you need to go. (When you get to the right one, you will be able to travel to the south)

3) At the end of the underwater passage, where there is braille (says something like 'Go up here'), surface.

4) Go north and read the next thing of braille, then use dig.

5) Enter the new cavern and set the Relicanth as the first member of your team and Wailord as the last member of your team. Go to the northern-most spot and read the braille. An earthquake-like thing will happen, and then you are done in this cave.

-For Regirock, go to the cave on route 111 (the southern-most spot in the desert), read the braille, take two steps right, take two steps down, and use HMStrength. A new cavern should open up containing Regirock.

-For Registeel, go to Route 120, enter the cave, read the braille, go to the exact center of the room, use fly, and a new cavern should open up.

-For Regice, go to Route 105, enter the cave, read the braille, wait two minutes ('wait for time two pass twice'), and a new cavern should open up.
