Google search results only reflect what is on the web. The content, including photos, that appear in search results are controlled by the webmasters of the sites that host the photos. In order to have a photo removed from Google search results, you must first contact the webmaster of the site the photo is on and ask that it be removed from the site or blocked from appearing in search results. For detailed instructions of the process, visit the Google page at the Related Link.

That depends on whether you own the site on which the page is placed, or not. If you do own the site you have a few options: Delete the page, then ask for it to be removed via the Google Webmaster interface. Block indexing of the page with a robots.txt file and then ask for it to be removed via the Google Webmaster interface. If you don't own the site: Ask the site owner to remove the page. If they are using your content, name or picture without consent then you could (possibly) seek legal action. *NOTE: I AM NOT A LAWYER, THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE* Google Webmaster - https://www.google.com/webmasters/ URL Removal Tool - https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/removals I am an internet marketing, web design & SEO expert.
