Click the Apple menu at the top left of the screen;

Click 'About This Mac';

Click the 'More Info...' button (this will launch 'System Profiler');

Click the 'Network' line item in the left column;

Are you looking for the Ethernet address or the wireless address?

In the right panel, under the 'Ethernet' section, you will see the Ethernet MAC address listed, or

in the right panel, under the 'airport' section, you will find the Airport MAC address.

-The next click depend os with OSX you are using-

In Mtn Lion, Click 'System Report' then click 'Network' and 'Ethernet'

The MAC address will be next to Ethernet in the lower right pane.

In other OSX versions, Click 'Network' and the MAC address will be listed in the right pane.

1. open up System Preferences.

2. select "network"

3. click "advanced" at the lower right

4. select the furthest right tab "hardware"

your mac adress will appear at the top

  1. Select About This Mac from the Apple menu.
  2. Select the System Report button in the window that comes up.
  3. Select Network in the left column of the System Information window.
  4. Select the specific network interface listed in the System Information window that you want (e.g. Ethernet, Wi-Fi).
  5. In the list of information on that network interface the MAC Address will be given.

  2. Select General.
  3. Then select About.
  4. The MAC address is listed as WiFi Address.

I know you can access your router and that will tell you the mac address of devices using your router, otherthen that no idea
