Get this child to the urgent care or the emergency room right away. The child will suffer from lack of minerals and vitamins and other nutrients. The child could have a blocked intestine causing him or her to not eat and to throw up. There may be another serious problem. Do not delay. Dehydration and lack of nutrients is a serious medical problem.
