How do you flush and refill antifreeze on 2002 Yukon?

=To properly flush the antifreeze on a 2002 Yukon you will need a antifreeze vacume system you will need to start the car and have it running turn on all the heating modules to high and have the car reved at about 1.5 r.p.m, or a little higher to activate the vaccume this will start sucking the old antifreeze out. When the radiator is empty{you will know when it is empty because there will be no more antifreeze coming out}you can then fill it up with half and half antifreeze[half water half antifreeze].=

How much antifreeze does a Chevrolet S10 take?

Depending on which engine you have it should take between 10 and 12 quarts to fill an empty cooling system. If you are just draining the radiator, probably 4 quarts. This coolant mixture should be at least a 50/50 mix of anti freeze and clean water.

Why Radiator appears empty everyday?

Your radiator appears empty because your cooling system has a leak.

20 Minutes tops. Empty antifreeze from radiator, take 4 small bolts from the fan cover that is attached to the radiator and scoot it towards the engine, loosen top and buttom hose off radiator, take 2 maybe 4 bolts holding the radiator to the front off and pull the radiator straight up!

I Put dot 3 brake fluid in antifreeze how bad is it?

If you put the brake fluid in the overflow reservoir just empty the reservoir and pour in a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water. If however you put it in the radiator itself, I would recommend you drain the radiator and refill. Brake fluid is corrosive and may damage the water pump seal.
