Very easily: If you go to Amazon.com you can find inkjet-printable tattoo paper. Get some and follow the instructions enclosed with the paper.
Things You'll Need:
High Pain Tolerance
A lot of spare time
Ink (India Ink, Sharpies, any non-toxic ink source)
Needles, one for each color you'll use. (The thinner the better)
A CLEAN cloth
Rubbing Alcohol Pads
A Lighter
String or Thread (optional)
A buddy (optional)
Pencil (optional)
Boiling water (optional)
Step1PLAN IT OUT.
* Do some research, and make sure you don't want your tattoo done by a professional. If you mess up, you're going to be stuck with it!
* Know what design you want, and try drawing it where you want it with a sharpie or something, first. Relax the area, move it around, etc. See how the tattoo looks, and make absolutely sure you want it there for good.
* If the spot you want your tattoo on is in a hard to reach or out of sight area, get a friend to help you out.
Step2DRAW YOUR DESIGN ON YOURSELF.
* Again, make sure you absolutely want it there.
* Draw it on in a different color(s) than what your tattoo will be. This is so you a sort of guide when you're actually doing it, and can help you avoid having a really ugly final product.
* If you lack artistic skill, consider getting a friend who's good at drawing help you out.
Step3PREPARE YOUR INK AND NEEDLES.
* If you'd like, wrap some string around the needles to provide a firmer grip.
* Alternatively, tie your needle to a pencil, wrapping it TIGHTLY. You don't want that thing to move around. Wrap the needle all the way up to the tip, leaving only a little bit of it exposed. MAKE SURE IT'S TIGHT.
* Lay out your needles (on a clean cloth) and ink so that you don't confuse which needles go with which color.
Step4STERILIZE EVERYTHING!
(You will do this more than once.)
Scratching is looked upon with distaste by professional tattoo artists because of the high risk of infection by those who skip this step. Be careful, and know you are doing this at your own risk.
* Make sure your cloth is CLEAN.
* Take your needles and lighter, and burn the tips of the needles.
* You can also boil the needles in water to sterilize them.
* Afterwards, rub down the tips with rubbing alcohol pads.
* Now rub down the spot where you want your tattoo with the pads.
* Finally, take your CLEAN rag and wipe off the alcohol.
Now you're ready to begin!
Step5> Dip the needle into the ink.
* Try not to get more than half of the needle covered in ink, you really only want the tip covered in ink, or else things will get messy very quickly.
Step6> Prick yourself with the needle.
* Do this again and again, following the lines of the guide that you drew earlier.
* It's recommended to break up the tattoo into sections to make applying it easier, if it's complicated or large.
* Be brave! Depending on where your tattoo is, this is going to hurt!
Step7> To help reduce the risk of infection, stop after about 5-10 pricks and wipe off any excess ink on the needle, and re-sterilize it according to Step 4 (see above), and continue.
* This will make the work tedious, but having an infected tattoo is not fun, so make sure you're being careful.
* This is not absolutely necessary, and to be completely honest I didn't ever actually do any sterilizing of anything when I gave myself a tattoo, which is VERY STUPID and NOT RECOMMENDED. (I gave myself a small heart on my palm.)
Step8> When you're all done, take a CLEAN rag, lightly soak it (perhaps in the water you might have boiled for the sterilization?), and wipe away all the excess ink on your tattoo. You can also wash it gently with water.
* What you see now is permanent.
* If it looks too spotty or the lines aren't as full as you'd like, then go back over those particular areas again.
Step9> Bandage up your tattoo with something clean, like cotton. After an hour, take off the bandage and wash it with antibacterial soap.
* Do not bandage it up again. It needs to breathe now.
* Keep it moisturized, now, with some kind of lotion. Do this 3-5 times a day for a few weeks, and whenever it feels dry, or tight. This is to prevent the tattoo from healing too fast and raising the ink up and out of your skin. It's essential to the survival of your tattoo to keep it moisturized!
Step9 is the only step you should take serious everything else just forget it
go see a pro or at least someone who has a tattoo gun that can actually tattoo man good luck in your search
The main method for tattoos is by basically inserting ink into the upper epidermis of the skin cells. This was done in ancient times by hand. However, because of advances in technology, tattoos are now applied by machines called "Tattoo guns". Inside the tattoo gun there is a needle that pierces the skin thousands of times per minute. As the needle pierces the skin, it inserts ink.
You can easily give your self a tattoo in reachable areas. I have tattoos myself 6 times on my left arm, and both my legs for practice. I would rather tattoo myself and learn techniques than learn and mess up a client.
There are several ways to do this. some do it with homemade equipment and cheap inks, if you want to be safe about it, buy a quality tattoo kit. Make sure the machines are configured correctly. Study first to know how everything works and how to keep ur workspace clean. Then try some practice skins to get the feel. Remember, tattooing is an art you dont just learn overnight.. take the time to study and learn before you mutilate either yourself or anyone else.
You don't, unless you are professionally trained.
go screw a girl then u will get ur answer

You don't. Any method other than using a sharpie to draw on your skin is dangerous.
The laws in Arizona are pretty specific. They can give a tattoo to a minor. But it requires the physical presence of a parent at the tattoo parlor.
Whatever you would like. No one other than yourself should decide what you tattoo on your body.
You should get it done by a tattoo paror cuzzz if you do it yourself it ll get infected and you ll have to take it off put it on yourself if you have experience otherwise I'm pretty sure its cheaper to do it yourself
tHE GERNADE TATTOO MEANS YOU SHOULD KILL YOURSELF
You cannot give yourself a tattoo with white out. White out is a chemical substance that could cause harm to you and give you an infection. Just as important, using any substance to give yourself a tattoo is likely to result in an infection unless you have the right equipment, the right inks, the right hygiene procedures and the right training.

I think you can tattoo yourself with bleach but I think there'll be chemicals you wouldn't want on you...
You have to be 18 for a tattoo. It is illegal to give a tattoo to a child under 18. Under eighteen year-olds can only have 'hena' tattoo's' and the fake ones.
It is not illegal, but I suggest not to get a tattoo.
