To toggle between the different views, press CTRL + ` (single left quotation mark, not the apostrophe). In other words, hold down the CTRL key while pressing the ACCENT Mark (the key under the tilda in the top left corner).
On the Formula Ribbon (Excel 2007), in the Formula Auditing section, click on the Show Formulas button. You will see both labels and formulas, instead of values in the cells. To change back to normal view that shows cell values instead of formulas, click the Show Formulas button again to toggle back to the normal view (or whatever view you have set for the worksheet).

click on one of them, also you can right click then "rename" to change the name of them
If you have set up views on your spreadsheet you can access them through the view menu, or have the toolbar on so that you can pick the view you want.
To display all formulas at once using a shortcut, press and hold the Ctrl key and then press the ` key, which is in the top corner of your keyboard.

It's the same standard worksheet but just displayed differently. A quick way to toggle between the formulae displayed and the results (normal) view is to hold Ctrl and press the button with three symbols on it just below the Esc button.

Click on the shape you want and then click and drag over the worksheet to draw it onto the worksheet.
Go to Options. Under the Formulas section you will see where you can turn it on and off. You can also do it in Calculation Options in the Formulas tab on the ribbon. When it is off, pressing the F9 key will cause the worksheet to recalculate, or you can press the Calculate Now button on the Formulas tab.

The clear all option in the clear button removes all data and formulas, including number formats, conditional formats, and borders, from the cell. The cleared cells remain as blank or unformatted cells on the worksheet.
