All I can tell you is how it works on my ISP. Right click on the thing you want to copy and paste, scroll down if you need to, to select it, while keeping the right mouse button held down, then click on Copy. Then go to where you want to paste it, and click Ctrl and the letter V at the same time, or right click and click on Paste.
Copy and paste the body of the message to a new email and don't copy and paste the addresses, then send it.
Copy the Link for the Video and Paste it into a E-mail.

In the body of an e-mail I want to direct the receiver to another web site. How do I get the web site URL to be active when I type it into the email. It is remaining inactive, so the receiver has to copy and paste which is not as effective as if the URL were active.

Look right above the body of the email, move your cursor over to a oval type circle you should see add link, (similar to whats above when you post here at Wiki)then copy link into the pop up block, or copy the URL and paste it into the email.
