I'm assuming this is related to the windshield washer question. The was system is a fairly simple system of four main parts. The switch, the tank, the washer pump and the lines. The washer pump is located on the tank and is easily replaced if it is faulty. Most are held on by a screw or very small bolt. Some only slide up and down to replace. To check the pump disconnect the hose from it and have someone (with the key on) activate the washer. If you are getting power to it and it works the next step is the lines. There are no check valves or anything like that to worry about so if you have pretty good lungs you should be able to blow through them. If not a minor air source like a tire pump or something should be adequate. The only other place that could be trouble is under the lid in the pick up tube. There is a small screen on it that can sometimes clog. So, if you have power to the washer motor so that you know the fuse is good and the switch is good but the motor doesn't work, it's the motor, a pretty cheap fix. If the motor pumps the fluid then some line may be clogged. It's not that expensive to replace them either. You might check to be sure that rubber hose isn't kinked or broken.
