Take it to a good repair shop, because if u turn the crank shaft or the cam shaft, the entire timing of the pistons will be out of sync, causing misfires, sluggishness and engine damage. U should be able to find shop 250 on the low end, and 375 on the high end. Timing belts do last a long time, but if u have 100,000 I highly recommend u get it changed be 4 it snaps. Alot of damage will happen costing $$$$$$$$ to fix
