I looked under my Pacifica, and it looks like youneed a special tool. the tensioner pulley leaves very little room for what I used on other cars: a 3/8" drive ratchet. why the pulley is so close to the frame is one the same questions I have asked myself for years about American engineering. This is why the japs are kicking our ass!
