1) Open the swing door and look into the hinge area. There should be two torx head screws. These are size T15. 2) Remove the screws and then remove the lens. The lens is held by two barbs that are held into the car body by plastic grommets. 3) Insert a plastic or wooden shim in the gap (towards the front of the car) between the tail light and the car body. 4) Pry the lens away from the car body. The lens should "pop" out of the grommets. 5) Remove the twist lock lamps and replace the bulb. 6) Reverse the steps to reassemble.

These screws can be removed by reaching a regular length torque screw driver through the hinge area. After the screws are removed, simply pry the housing loose. The bulbs are removed by turning the bulb sockets 90* left and then pull out. I have replaced only the driver's side light housing, so I'm not sure how to access the passenger side light housing. It should be similar.
