what size are the two caliper bolts

first you will need to get a socket set, and a big c-clamp, a hydraulic jack, and a 4 way tire tool.

1. set the parking brake

2. find the pinch weld located under the car about 6 inches. < its a vertical lip that runs along the bottom of the vehicle>.

3. jack up the vehicle a few pumps, making sure the tire is still touching the ground, loosen the lug nuts alittle after that jack the car up until tire is free from ground.

4. take off the lug nuts, put them were they can not get kicked around, take tire off.

5. there are 2 bolts, upper and lower. unscrew the top and bottom bolts.

6. remove the caliper

7. remove front brake pad, but leave the back pad inplace.

8. take the c-clamp open it up and slip screwing bottom the over the pad and the back of the c-clamp over the caliper, tigh c-clamp until piston is flush with the back caliper.

9. remove clamp and back brake pad, install new pads..................

reverse the process to install. then you are ready to do the other side.

NOTE OF SFETY*********** AFTER INSTALLING THE BRAKE PADS ON BOTH SIDES, MAKE SURE YOU PRESS ON THE BRAKES UNTILL THE BRAKE PEDAL IS HARD. THEN TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE IN A SLOW SPEED INSUREING BRAKES WORK < USE ABOUT 20 FEET OF DISTANCE FOR THIS TEST>.
