well i have a 1993 Cadillac sts and the front four are a breeze to get to just pull off the wires which may be hard sometimes but they will come... (remember the engine is cold...) blow out any dirt from plug valley (if any) replace with new... tighten as said...(tight but not too tight) bottom out then quarter turn... when doing back for use 10mm socket or wrench remove coil packs...(after removing cross bar for ease of entry)on packs re plugs from each side of packs...(can't be mixed up different sizes...) do the same to back plugs as fronts... change wires if needed... when finished... remove head of plug wires off coil packs one at a time holding close to coil terminal looking for spark in order to check if coils are bad too... an easy job...(bout two hours) less if you are working with two good hands

where are the sparkplugs on a 2002 cadillac deville and how to change them
I don't know when Cadillac started doing this, but they eliminated the coil packs and have since been using coil on spark plug coils. They are directly over the plugs on the engine. You have to remove 4 or 5 bolts to access them.

Spark plugs are easy to change. One disconnects the batter and spark plug cables, and removes the old spark plugs. Next a person puts in the new spark plugs, then reconnects spark plug cables and the battery.
If you are facing the engine from the front bumper, they are on the back side of the engine in the same position as those on the front.
