If you have to ask this question on here, I'm not trying to be condescending, but you're in no way ready to take this task on yourself. Chances are, you don't even possess the proper tools or a heavy duty transmission jack to do this with. And, if you're replacing the throwout bearing, you might as well replace the entire clutch pack.
