Some states will have a loophole buried somewhere, where if a vehicle has been worked on, and still will not pass, you can still get it through on waiver, somehow. Talk to your fellow hot rodders.

check your smog pump and make sure your air tubes are hooked up to the exhaust manifolds. check the cat and muffler. not much to these cars for emissions. or you could mover to New Hampshire where we do not have emissions.
