How do you be a Christian emo kid?

By being true to who you are in Christ and sweet, but not a doormat. You have to have your own original style (me, I wear the chokers, the gloves, like to wear alot of black and red, and am constantly looking for ways to improve on my unique look). Also, being into Rock Music helps. Hope this answered your question.

Yes...Yes; a Christian can be an "emo". Many Catholics and Christians consider themselves to be a member of the "emo" subculture as well as retaining their religious status - wearing black clothing, having black hair and wearing black make-up are common. Although self-harming may also be a common attribute to the "emo" subculture, it is not a compulsory aspect. As long as a Christian is seen as a Christian in the eyes of God, the clothing and make-up worn does not matter.
