There are several things you can do to reduce the risk of stroke. Here are a few:

There are many lifestyle changes that can help prevent a stroke. One is to stop smoking if you are a smoker another is to stay active. It is also important to monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol levels as if either of these are high you are more at risk of having a stroke.
