There is an area on top of the page where you can search for a question. Type the question you want to ask and if there is a question that is relevant to what you entered a few matching questions would come up. If you feel that, what you want to ask is not part of the list, there will be an option to ask your own question. Enter the question in a short and precise manner so that other members of the community can go through it and answer you. Remember to place it in the most appropriate category because the chances of a question being answered are high if it is placed in the correct category.
