I'm not sure just what the question is, however, if the car is a 5 speed and you mean Clutch plate then you can't. The plate is part of the clutch assembly and is a wear item. In addition if your question means that the clutch pedal doesn't feel or function right, it also is not adjustable since the clutch control system is hydraulic instead of mechanical.
Sadly if your car is an automatic, any and all plates are inside the transmission and still can't be adjusted.

If a transmission is leaking fluid, it is likely that a seal or gasket has failed. Replace the gaskets and seals and the leaking should stop.
The transmission is filled through the dip stick tube. It is located beside the power brake booster near the firewall.

All the solenoids for the transmission are inside the valve body. The side pan ( drives side ) on the transmission is the valve body cover. There is a manual lever position sensor at the transmission. This is at the end of the shifter cable at the transmission.
