There are adjusting screws on the top and sides to adjust them. I perfer to get on a dark road at night and adjust them how I want them being careful not to blind the oncomming traffic.
There is a hole in the frame right above the hood, the screw to adjust the angle of the light is inside the hole. I believe a small Phillips screwdriver will do the trick. Make sure you are on level ground and facing a wall (garage works well) to adjust both lights to the same angle.
