∙ 13y agoThe Earth has a slight tilt on its axis. This causes the seasons. As the planet orbits the sun, part of the shereical Earth is closer to the sun than the other. The closer we are to the sun, the hotter it is (summer). The farther away we are, the colder it gets (winter). Hope this helps!!!!
