Special F.D. Crash trucks are used to put out fires in aircraft. These trucks usually carry their own water and foam in the truck. Fire Hydrants are not located on runways. Foam is a major tool in airframe fires because it acts like a blanket. Other extinguishers like Carbon dioxide and special chemicals ( some no longer used like Chlorobromo methane) are also used to control or extinguish the fire. In Aircraft accidents Rescue is your primary concern. Military firemen ( Crash Rescue Specialist) also use special tools designed for rescue and firefighting military aircraft that have ejection systems and munitions onboard.
I personally drove a Crash Truck in the Air Force that carried 2,300 gallons of water and 300 gallons of foam with a crew of 4 Rescue Firemen. The truck carried a 1 1/2" handline, it had 2 Truck mounted Fire Foam Nozzles and 6 under truck nozzles. It was capable of driving into a pool of burning fuel to perform rescue, and that was back in 1965 during Vietnam. Today they are even better.
By using a fire extinguisher, which will take away the oxygen. this means that the fire triangle will lose a side.
the fire triangle consists of 3 things, heat/fuel/oxygen.
when doing this you have to use the right extinguisher.
for plane fires use water foam to separate the fuel from the oxygen.
(water foam is like foam bubbles but a lot more sticky).
land in water
keep the o2 and the fuel separated
Paper
You can't put it on carry-on luggage, but you can put it in the luggage that goes under the plane
To stoke a fire is to put fuel on the fire.
a fire extinguisher can put out a fire
5 to 2 should do it!
NO, an aeroplane is not an automobile.
They Put Out A Fire By Getting The Fire Hoes And Spraying It
If you mean what is an aeroplane kept in then it is kept in hanger but where does aeroplane is kept does not make sense
The abbreviation for aeroplane is aero. It is quite easy and how to remember it is to thing of Aero chocolate or eat it so you remember! LOL! :)
Well, I would say the gun, with the car or aeroplane a very close second. The wheel and fire.
