Here's some discussion of that phenomenon: http://www.straightdope.com/mailbag/mflockswoop.html
No, birds automatically know how to fly when their mothers push them out of the nest when they think it's time.
Birds as a Specie have compared to humans incredibly fast reflexes. So as it appears two are going to collide they actually know perfectly well of what is happening and have plenty of time to turn away from each other :)
i dont know you will have to look at how much each bird is and add them all together and see how much they all are or just buy less than 7 birds because 7 birds cause alot of poop and mess
It means that when a storm is at hand, the sea birds know that it's unsafe to be flying so they seek refuge on land.
The saying is "Birds of a feather, flock together." I don't know who wrote it but it implies that people that have the same interests or likes, or feelings will gather together just as birds do. Birds will flock with their own kind. Mean people tend to hang out with other mean people. Intellects tend to hang out with other intellects. Crows fly with other crows. Sparrows gather with other sparrows. Criminals tend to stay near other criminals. And so on...... The related link below will explain it better than I can.
i don't know you dumms... this is stupid

No, one of the feathered dinosaur know how to fly but they give up flying into the ground to find extra food. Bird don't have to be taught to fly because of their ancestors know how to fly. The birds just know their ancestors at once so their are good at flying exept their babies. Their babies need to know how to fly from their mother after having feathers and beeing throw into the ground until it flap it wings.
