Well, I am guessing that you are not near old enough to get pregnant nor in a good situation. Talk to her about it in a sense that "one day" you look forward to being a mom. That is a perfectly natural instinct (and it is very hard to ignore at times). Sometimes that instinct is even greater when you are in the most inopportune situations. Women crave that feeling having someone to need them and it seems as if getting pregnant will satisfy that need. But if you aren't in the best situation right now, don't let that control your realistic thoughts. Think about stuff such as: If I had a baby today, do I have a job to pay for the medical bills? Do I have enough education to provide my baby with the best that I possibly can? Am I in a relationship that will provide my baby with the best family? Do I have enough money for food, clothes, diapers, baby wipes, doctor visits, car seats, strollers, bibs, bottles, etc? Women are really good at wanting and yearning for situations and wanting them right now but overlooking the quality of the situation. Women who want to get married right away, often find that it is easier to wait until both people in the relationship have a job and can provide for each other and pay the bills. It's easy to want a baby, but you have to look at what else comes along with the baby make sure you can give the best for you baby. Talk and romanticize about one day when you will become pregnant but in the mean time just keep at that, enjoy your life until that time comes.
