If it's stuck in defrost your battery died and messed up the computer.
Disconnect battery for 5 or more min. Reconnect and it should ok then.
It usually means the map sensor has failed.
A 2007 Chrysler Sebring that will not shift out of Park will probably need a shift solenoid replaced. This is inside the transmission and the transmission might have to be taken out of the vehicle to be fixed.
Valve cover gasket or spark plug tube seals are probably bad.

The most common window problems in a 2007 Sebring are the fuse, the relay, the switch, and the motor. Check the fuse and the relay. If they are ok then the door will have to have the panel removed to reach the switch and motor.
