go to installdr.com they have a wide variety of free information that pertains to car stereo wiring information. You can use a AAA battery to find out what speakers are what; with the car battery disconnected put one end of the wire on on terminal and keep trying different wires on the other end until you hear a small pop.
The radio and clock might be flashing on a Kia Sephia if a wire is loose. There might also be a short in the wiring for these two items. Sometimes the clock will flash if the battery was unplugged for a while to let the driver know to reset the clock.

They sell wire kits these days to match the vehicle's harness to the radio wiring. All you have to do match the colors. Go into any radio supply store, tell them the year of your vehicle and they should be able to give you what you need.

You have to go purchase an aftermarket wiring harness. that will plug into the factory harness then you can wire it to the aftermarket radio.
