A person who is anorexic usually; refuses to eat, losing weight, has dark circles under their eyes, excess body hair, mood swings, obsesses about food, wears baggy clothes, etc.
you have to look at how they eat if they dont actually eat but just poke at it or if they r cold all the time or talk about how theyre fat when theyre really skinny
Some signs of anorexia are... * Weight loss * Dry / flaky skin * Hair loss, discoloration, thinning, and / or loss of "shine" * Growth of thin, "peach fuzz" hair called Lanugo * Fainting / Dizziness * Sensitivity to the cold (more than a normal person should be) * Refusal to eat * Constant / Intense exercising * Having odd food rituals * Eating only small portions of low-cal, "safe" foods / eating only in the presence of others. Note - These are some general signs. A person who has anorexia may show some or all of these symptoms. A few can come and go, while some may never show up at all. Also, just because a person has one or more of these signs, it does not mean that they specifically have anorexia.

you can help a person who may have an eating disorder by giving them support but first make sure they get diagnosed with a disoder from there gp. you need to tell someone you trust if someone your love one has an eating disorder and istnt getting help. they cant deal with it on there own! dont belive them! if you care and love love them then you will get them help. talk to them. eating disorders are things that trick the mind not perposly making your self sick to be size 0. many people mistake this. please get them help before its to late.
