I have never seen a case where a private company of any kind can put a lien on someone's Federal Income Tax Refund? Usually the only groups that can put lien on a Tax Refund would be a government related debt like state or city taxes, student loan debt, food stamp or social security overpayments, etc.
You can stop a car loan company from taking your tax refund by paying your car loan payments on time.
No
Go on the web site for the agency/bank/company that handles the loan and find the page to delay or get a deferment on your loan. You can also change and modify payments on the site. The one thing you don't want to do is just let it not get paid. The IRS can take your tax refund, you'll get a ding on your credit report, and I think it can stop your buying a house. So take care of this matter.

Email the Company Mobilenobo on mobilenobo.ie@ccsupport.biz and tell them to stop.
By keeping your child support payments current - and by making sure the State knows that they're current!
The best way to stop home foreclosure is to keep up with the repayments on the mortgage. If this is not feasible, it is worth speaking to the loan company as they may be willing to alter the terms of the loan, thus preventing foreclosure from taking place. If this is not possible, it may be worth seeking legal advice (pro bono, probably) as there may be legal recourse available (mis-selling of loan, for instance) that may enable the terms to be changed, or in the best (if not slightly unlikely) case, the loan may be fully or partially written off.
No you cannot be arrested; but some financial institutions will not place stop payments on payday loan items. Some banks do not place stop payments because the financial institution would be interfering with a legal contract that you signed that allows the pay day loan company to debit your account.
Yes they can and ID11 stop u noob.
Call and write the company. Tell the company that you are taking away your permission for the company to take automatic payments out of your bank ... Call and write your bank or credit union. Give your bank a "stop payment order". Hereβs how you can do a stop payment order: Monitor your accounts
No if you send a copy af the death certifact to the loan company they should should stop collecting on it .
no
they do personal loan, i got approved for $5000. I received my loan i think it was on last Tuesday or maybe it was Wednesday. same company they're office is in Alfred, ME. great service, will be a returning customer Fairgate Financial is a scam, I dealt with an Allan Smith who took $785.00 and did not give me the loan that was contracted. I believe that there is only 1 associate and he is a predator. The company is supposedly out of Alfred ME the phone number is 866-614-0030 his ext. is 204. Stay away from this company. They will offer you a $5000 loan and require an initial security payment before they will deposit the funds in your account. Once they have your money they will make multiple excuses why the funds have not reached you and then they will stop taking your phone calls.
Pay the bill or appeal the garnishment to the IRS.
