Sleeping is a natural process. Its not true and need not be true that just because your friend sleeps early and gets up early so should you. The bed time differs from people to people. Okay now to sleep early you cant command your body to do so but you could help to do so. Like finish all work early, Get comfortable place to sleep (anywhere) and close your eyes and say mind just relax and sleep. In this process there would a part of your mind telling you to get up and watch movie or take a walk or even ....(you know what) you got to be strong enough to tell "Later Dude" and continue lying on the most comfortable place and relaxing the heck out and just sleep your butt off.
It also helps to be tired. By being active during the day, some strenuous exercise helps, you will be ready for sleep in the evening
