If you want to use an electric stove, first call a licensed gas fitter to remove the existing gas stove and make the gas pipe safe.
Then call a licensed electrician to install a new power circuit for you, with the right size circuit breakers, the right size wiring and fit a new outlet of the right size and type to power an electric stove.
