I don't know your story, but I believe you're in a huge amount of pain. It may be a shame.You most probably have been driven to the edge of insanity and back. N's make you doubt your reality as they shove it down your throat. Very nauseating stuff.I will share this with you about survival, take it with a grain of salt. I haven't lost my family..... Yet.... after all. First, your N's lies will become apparent at some point. Just a matter of time. Second. He can't take YOU away from you. You're still a parent and if your ex is an N, you need to be the steadiest most consistent stable parent you can be, for your children's sake. It makes a difference in their lives. YOU can still be a good enough parent, and now that's your job. Give your children permission to love the othe parent. Don't dis that parent to them. They don/t need the particulars of the troubles between you two. Their children and give them only info that is age appropriate. Aside from that, tell them they are too young to understand now. There are things that you must work out with X and you will handle it. It's not their fault. Parent likea parent. Consistently. Third. Continue to document document document. I must assume, till you tell me more, that you don't have custody but you have visitation? DOCUMENT erverything. Tape conversations. Write down when visitation is interferred with. Be a stellar rule follower then go out and interview the top attorneys in your area and tear your N another ballast hole. He can't hire anyone you've interviewed or spoken to. Courts don't like it when their rules are violated. They don't like it when one parent alientates another. They don't like unstable angry parents. You should concentrate on your children, if that's what you care about. Fourth. Self care. Concentrate on healing yourself right now. You may have lost a battle but, theres still a war on. Get into therapy. Lose any idea you have about receiving justice. Worry about survival. What's important?
