Well, plagiarism is not really a safety issue, that will damage anything, so you can't really prevent it, but it you think people are plagiarizing off of your wrok, you mgiht want to make a terms and uses agreement or copyright that they sign when the enter the website, file, etc, but basically if you want to steal the work, just don't because you could get arrested, or do so and put quotes and the source, where you get the information from, and the author if possible.
