Only if your parents agree to to allow it (even in that case, your parents are still legally responsible for you). Being pregnant does not emancipate a minor. You are still subject to the your parents control and authority until you turn 18 (which is when you become a legal adult).

You can only move out with parental permission since Ohio don't have emancipation before 18. Even if they would you would probably turn 18 before it was ruled. Marriage is another alternative but there you also need parental permission.

{| |- | Being pregnant does not make one an adult. In Ohio parents are responsible for their children until they reach the age of majority. This is 18 in Ohio, most states and countries around the world. The responsibility includes determining where the child should live. |}

Is it leagal for an 18 year old to be sexualy active with a 15 year old in the state of Ohio?

It is not legal because Ohio's age of consent is 16. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_North_America#Ohio) However, as far as I can understand the law, if the adult in the relationship is up to 18, there is an exception - but both of the pair can be charged with "unruly" behaviour if brought before a court.
