You need to have this program called microsoft publisher, you can make brochures there. You can't really make a brochure on microsoft word.
Microsoft Excel program enables you to create pie charts.
on ms word, powerpoint or any other microsoft program (assuming your on microsoft) you can go to insert > picture/diagram > data/graph > select the pyramid. this should work for most versions of ms programs.
