It's impossible to lose 15 lbs. in 1 week. Women carry a layer of fat under the skin where men don't so men lose weight faster, but, a man couldn't lose 15 lbs. in a week either. In women yeast seems to be the problem. If you give up breads, buns, or anything with yeast in it for 6 weeks NO MORE and eat at least 3 1/2 ounces of protein at each meal, lots of veggies and fruits, eat those leafy greens (good fiber and it will naturally make you have more bowel movements that are normal), drink 8 glasses of a water a day to flush out fats and toxins and exercise you get a good start on the loss of that 15 lbs. After 6 weeks without yeast gradually introduce some of it back into your diet (but don't over-do the yeast.) There are no magic pills for losing weight, but learning to control your own eating habits. There are pills on the market but they are not good for the body.
It is extremely unlikely that losing that much weight in such a short time will be possible for you.
1-2 pounds per week is the most you can hope for. Reduce your caloric intake, drink plenty of water, reduce caffeine and sugars, and EXERCISE.
There is no other way.
If you really want to lose that much weight that fast stave your self, and work out. If you don't work out you wont get your mind off the pain of not eating. After you have done this though your skin will sag, and you will fell bad while doing it.
you can't that's impossible. unless of course you did Liposuction. that is a very unhealthy way to lose weight in the first place. the way to lose weight (and keep it off) if to eat small portions, exercise regularly, and avoid white bread and fried foods.
The best way is to forget about it.
First off, I don't think you need to lose that much to be in a healthy BMI range anyhow.
But secondly, that would mean losing one pound each day for two weeks running, and that's just not healthy.
cut off your leg.
While the answer is humorous, it is actually pretty much reality. You didn't gain 15 pounds in one week. Don't expect to be able to lose that much that fast. The first week of a diet it may be possible to lose as much as much as 5 pounds, but typically a good sustainable rate for weight loss is 1 pound a week.
Healthy weight lossis 1-3 pounds per week. You must burn off 3500 kilo-calories to lose one pound. If you burn 500 kilo-calories a day for a week, you can lose 1 pound. To lose 15 pounds in one week you would have to burn 7500 kilo-calories a day. Starving yourself would not help either. When you starve yourself your metabolism slows down so you can survive, which would slow down your weight loss even more. And, after you starve yourself any food you eat is immediately stored as fat in case you go without food for a long time period again. So, for maximum healthy weight loss, reduce your kilo-calorie intake to 1000 per day, and depending on your height and age, you should burn around 600-1200 kilo-calories from that. You can then try to burn off by exercise another 900 kilo-calories max. If you do that, you should lose 3 pounds a week. However, a more reasonable goal is to aim to lose no more than 2 pounds a week. I hope this helps you in your weight loss efforts.
I don't think it is possible to loose 15 lbs in one week. No matter your height, weight- it is way to dangerous.
If you're 5'10" and 145 lbs you don't need to lose 10 lbs. Suggested weight for a 5'10" woman is 150 lbs. If you lose any more weight you might be losing muscle mass and not fat.
It depends what substance you have 305 gallons of. 305 gallons of mercury would weigh a great deal more than 305 gallons of petrol
