We generally do not advice on bypassing system security measures here so I will assume this is your computer that you own and they are your files and you just forgot the password.

First, you could try using windows build in password recovery IF you set it up and registered. And of course assuming it is a Windows system. Failing that, you could use a Linux LiveCD/DVD to boot from, mount the drive using that and bypass the password lock on the folder that way.

I won't go into too many more details because I don't like advising people how to break security.

Contact the software vendor for assistance. If the password software is 'good' software, you may not be able to recover the files at all.

You can unlock the password using the security keys which you had set.
