With that amount of information, you can't. You'd also need to know what effect

that torque had on the object ... things like how its rate of rotation changed,

its shape (so that you could determine its moment of intertia), etc.

In other words, in addition to the net torque on the object, you also need to

know all the details that allow you to calculate numbers for whatever relates the

torque to the mass.

When there are several people acting on an object and it starts to roll what do you know about the forces acting on the rock?

You know that the combined force is enough to overcome the force of friction.

How do I know the direction of the torque acting on coil whether its vertical or horizontal?

To know the direction of the torque acting on the coil, whether the coil is vertical or horizontal, you will compare the direction of the magnetic force or its rotation to the direction of the coil. If the coil is vertical and the magnetic force is in the direction of the coil rotation, then the direction of the torque will be the same.

How do you know that the forces acting on an object are balanced?

The object will be in both rotational and translational equilibrium and will not be moving.

When an objects motion changes you know that the forces acting on it are?

Not balanced. The net force acting on the object is not zero.

When an object is at rest what are the forces acting on it?

You never know. The only thing you know about the forces on an object that's not accelerating is: They all add up to zero, and their effect on the object is the same as if no forces at all were acting on it. That's the same as saying that all the forces on the object are 'balanced'.

How do we know if work is done?

In physics, work is done by a force acting on an object if the object moves in the direction of the force.

If the net force On an an object is zero what do you know about all of the forces acting on the object?

Net force is a combination of all the foces acting on an object. If two forces are acting in the same direction you add the forces to calculate the net force

What is meam by torque?

Did you mean, what is the meaning of torque? If that is what you really want to know, torque(a.k.a moment of force) is a tendency or capability of force to rotate/twist an object about an axis, fulcrum, or pivot.

If an object is moving at a constant speed what do we know about the forces acting on the object?

Not much, really. If the object's direction is changing, then the velocity changes, and there are forces acting on it. The only thing we can say is that the net force acting on the object is either zero, or it is perpendicular to the movement. If the VELOCITY doesn't change, then the net force (the sum of the forces) is zero.

What is the mass of an object if the force of gravity acting on its mass is 1033 Newtons?

If we have a force acting on a body and we know what that force is, and we also know that the force is gravity, we can solve because we know the force gravity exerts on a mass. If we take the total force acting on the body and divide it by the force of gravity per one unit of mass, we can find the number of units of mass that cause gravity to act on the object. We have 1033 Newtons of force acting on the object. Gravity pulls down with a force of 9.8 Newtons on 1 kilogram of mass. Our 1033 Newtons divided by 9.8 Newtons per kilogram = 105.41 kilograms

What is the only force acting on a falling object is gravity?

I don't know really but i think it is just SCIENCE
