A better question is "How can you find out if you are written in the Lamb's Book of Life." This is the all-time, most important question you can ever ask. If you are not written in the Lamb's Book of life you will spend an eternity in the Lake of Fire mentioned in Revelation 20: 11-15. This is a serious thing and well worth looking into.
Additional Comment:
The Bible never speaks of eternal damnation for physical humans - only the demons or spiritual fallen angels. We will burn up in the 2nd death to ashes:
Revelation 20:14-15New King James Version (NKJV)14 Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
On that Great Day of the Lord God (can only be one day):
Malachi 4:3You shall trample the wicked, For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet On the day that I do this," Says the Lord of hosts.
RE-ANSWER: The Bible speaks of eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire.
Matthew 18:8, "If your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire."
Mark 9:43, " If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell into the fire that shall never be quenched-- where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched."
Mark 3:29, "But he who blasphemies against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation."
Matthew 25: 41-46, "Everlasting punishment"
Hebrews 6:2,............."Eternal Judgment"
Jude 7, "As Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example suffering the vengeance of eternal fire."
Just as the righteous have eternal life, the unrighteous suffer eternally in the Lake of Fire.
