there isnt many foods however i recogmend a lot of fruit, vegtables and salad. it might sound horrible but it actually does work. hope you finnish your diet or what ever it is :) Oh and exercise helps (but remember do it everyday and for at least half an hour and keep on increasing the time if you dont get tired) you can split up the time though :-D

They could have a fast metabolism .. Or they do enough exercise to not put any weight on and stay the same .. I eat lots of food but i never put any weight on but i have a fast metabolism
