There is no secret route to positive thinking. Trying to buy a positive attitude is like trying to be spontaneous on a schedule.   • Avoid negative reenforcement - e.g. avoid reality TV which feeds on misery and sells it like a commodity

A simple exercise is to think over your day at the end of the day and identify the things that went right, the things that went wrong but provided valuable insights to your way of interfacing with the world, and the times you avoided making bad things worse by thinking first and acting second.

I just wanted to add that there are several positive emotions you can focus on to become more positive. being happy about something is not the only way to be positive. You can also focus on emotions like joy, serenity, peace, hope, compassion, interest, pride, amusement, accomplishment, inspiration, awe and love to help you to cultivate a more positive outlook.

There are no rules to positive thinking, just think good thoughts.

You know your thinking positive by how you . If you feel good then keep thinking positive thoughts. If you feel bad , change those thoughts!

remember we can only think 1 thought at a time, so think about being confidence, harD working , attractive, wealthy etc!!
